This site also exists to share the music of a great American Rock band who would have been a huge success with proper management. Originally from the Albuquerque area, the band relocated to Denver as a more central point to tour from. Wumblies packed venues throughout America from 1973 to 1979. Well respected by other musicians, they were considered by many to be the best unsigned Rock band in America. After seeing one of their LOUD shows, fans ears would definitely be ringing, but it was well worth it.
Randy Castillo went on to play drums for The Offenders, The Motels, Stone Fury, Lita Ford, Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, and more.
Kevin Jones, along with Rick Wilson on bass, went on to play keyboards with Danny Wilde; whose members were essentially half of The Rembrandts. Kevin was also the keyboardist on Ozzy Osbourne's '91-'92 No More Tears world tour, before spending a year playing with Zakk Wylde.
Rick Wilson went on to play bass with Denver based Lee Malone, Stone Fury with Lenny Wolf, and was awarded Gold and Platinum albums for his songwriting with the band Nelson.
George Gargoura and Dave Martin have had other musical successes also, but prefer to keep a low profile.
