So we're diy punk/hardcore band from eastern part of Ukraine..
We started in 2004. We have some records: first rehearsal demo (2004), demo-album "Appeal" (2005), s/t minialbum (cdr-ep, 2005), live demo record (2007). We played mostly in our area during 2004 and 2005. So we're still really excited about our first tour over Ukraine, which took place in november of 2006. The tour was together with our friends, band from Zhytomir (western Ukraine) Show Trumena. We had enjoyed it so much so we hoped to make another tour in november 2007, extending our map of shows beyond Ukraine. But our guitarist left the band just before tour (same shit happenned to Show Trumena with their bassist), so our tour-2007 was cancelled.
We got another guy to play guitar in the band so.. yes, we have plans for the future.. ))
We are NOT sXe-band, but we stand for "Punk! Not Drunk!"-ethics. What means that we're tired of drunk and totally trashed out "punks", who don't care about Punk actually but only about alcohol. Being wasted is your protest??? Fuck that shit!!
So we want "PUNK" to be more sober and intelligent, and to have diy-ethics.
Actually punk scene in Ukraine is very small, weak and underdeveloped. We don't have a lot of bands. There are no punk venues and there are just few distros in the whole country.
Hopefully the situation will change for the better with time.
