WHAT IS THE CROWNTOWN BEAT SHOWDOWN???

The Crowntown Beat Showdown is the premier music competition for southern music producers/beat makers. The goal of the event is to bring together the local music community and push the creative elements of it’s essence to the next level. The contestants will be 16 of the hottest producers/beat makers around. They will bring musical creations that will dazzle the crowd and generate a lot of hype.
Contestants will go head to head and showcase their musical production talents. The format is single elimination - bracket style with four rounds. Each round a contestant will play a 50 second instrumental(s) they created. Additional rounds will feature themes that will increase the difficulty of the competition.
Three Judges will select the winner from each match. Judges will not be bias towards any contestant.
