I'm an ex-punk (if that's possible, maybe that should read 'old'... hehe), making a living in digital effects and 3D computer animation. Started off doing visuals for parties and the odd rave (courtesy of old friends Subvision at Lakotas in Bristol). Still party like it's 1989 when I get the chance but work usually gets in the way these days. Trying to learn Japanese for the last few years, not doing bad so far, and I listen almost exclusively to Japanese music and watch lots of Japanese films which helps. If anyone wants to help me learn spoken Japanese then please get in touch. I've pretty much got Hiragana and Katakana down, now if only I could remember all those Kanji... Actually using my mobile with a set of freebie programs from www.getjar.com which help with learning all three (Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji). Sweet.
