About Me

I am a day-dreamer, an idealist and sometimes a little naive, but I like to look at thoes as my strengths not my weaknesses. I love peanutbutter and I like jelly but I detest the combination. It is hard for me to trust people and takes a long time for me to get close to someone or let them in, but the few people that I do mean the world to me. I love the empty beach in the middle of the winter. I have an obsession with British accents. I have the most adorable and nerotic bunny in the world named Penny. I am loyal, sometimes to a fault. I like to paint but I'm not very good at it and never finish a painting. The thought of getting older terrifies me. I love the musty smell of leafs in the fall. I love family traditions and holidays. I sing Christmas songs all year round. I hate my birthday but love celebrating other peoples. I can be both painfully shy or loud and outgoing depending on who I am around. I have a Birkenstocks, tie-dyed wearing hippie-chick spirit but love current fashion. I love being around children because it gives you an excuse to do all the things you are supposed to grow out of. I take water fights and food fights very seriously- be warned! I hate people who are careless with others feelings and have known way too many. I wish on the stars and pray everynight. I enjoy a friendly debate. I am overly sensitive but not easily offended. At times I feel I am bursting with creative energy but have no outlet for it. I hold a grudge. I care too much what others think, I'm working on that. I usually have a lot of patience but when I loose it, I loose it! My friends and family are the most important things in my life and I hope they know it! I love long car rides as long as I don't have a set time schedule. I have a tendency to let my hopes soar so high they inevitably crash when reality hits and they have crashed too many times. I am working on that too.

Calories don't count for the holidays!

I love this, it's exactly my theory on holiday eating! With my additions that calories (or carbs or fat)  never count around the holidays or anytime homemade deserts are involved.  Merr...
