I'm a very outgoing person who enjoys spending time with friends and family. I love to cook anything that can be done in a huge pot. You know, Soups, Chili, Gumbo, etc. Especially, if it can be eaten in a bowl with a spoon. Plus, my famous homemade "Killer Salsa" is something everyone should try. My roommate usually cooks the rest of our meals at home. And, I must say that's the way I like it.(LOL) I work for a chiropractor and I have been doing that for over 10 years. I really love what I do, but I also enjoy my free time. I love to travel. To me, it doesn't matter if it's a big trip or a little trip as long as it's a trip. I went white water rafting last summer, but it's definetly time to plan another vacation. What I've learned in life is that you have to live for the moment. My younger brother just came home from St. Jude's Children's Hospital. He was there for over a year getting treatment for Leukemia. He's in remission now and is full of life. I don't ever want to forget that things can always be worse than they seem. We should all appreciate the life that we have been given and learn to give back when and wherever we can. Laugh often, Love much and Live well. :~)
