Sone' G was raised by his grandmother who was, and still is in the church choir. Being so, it was inevitable that he grew a passion for music. Sone' moved to Colorado in 1997 and began to persue his dreams, and started recordin his music in 2000. From his gospel background, to his urban flared, Sone' is determined and destined for success in the music industry. His soulful sound, delivery, and his baby face has allowed him to be marketed and accepted all over. Singer, Songwriter, and Producer, Sone' G has reached and surpassed a point in his life that some still dream of. "I wont stop until i become a musical landmark for home (Mississippi) and Colorado". Easily Sone' could be mistaked for a young Al Green of our era and a new generation. Sone' says some of his influences are artist such as Ronald Isley, R. Kelly, Clarence Carter, Tupac, Twista, Marvin Gaye, Al Greene, Tyrese, Ginuwine, and an array of other artist. Sone' G has worked with numerous local artist including but not limited to Doub X of F.A.M Records, Big Swiss, artist from ALLOUT ENT.(check the page in band info.) Dirty Game Boys, and many, many more. Sone' G is on his way to become one of the greats in the music biz. Sone' G released his single "After Party" on APRecords on March 28th, and his album is coming soon. Be on the look out for him.
