Repus Tuto Matos

Repus Tuto Matos – aggro industrial / industrial metal project from Saint-Petersburg formed in 2000. Band’s name and first tracks were created through psychotropics experiments. Now it’s an independent in its way group whose work is a purple mix of heavy guitar sound, sturdy rhythm section, electronic psychedelia and sardonical lyrics, presented in a phrenetic manner.
The musicians aren’t afraid of experiments, an illustration of which is the maxi single "Horosho" ("Fine") released at the end of 2006. Diverse enough, easy percepting and dazzling with the musicians’ psychedelic fantasy the single represents a mixture of different styles – industrial, gothic, ethno, noise… listeners may find something else in this music. Title song from the single was included in alternative/industrial v/a compilation "Ruzone Vol.1" released by label Megaliner and produced by Sergey Shubin (Biopsyhoz).
Repus Tuto Matos present crazy outstanding costume performances. RTM have played a lot of concerts in Saint Petersburg, Vyborg, Arkhangelsk, Moscow and other Russian cities. RTM have played with such known bands as Tamtrum, Biopsyhoz, Sobaki Tabaka. The band took part in following fests: Radio Inferno IV, Skif-10, Stimul@tsii, Black Room Fest.
