Stick with the positive and stop with the negative.People believe that thought can be kept a secret, but it cannot; it rapidly crystallizes into habit and habit solidifies into circumstance. Think about it. Impure thoughts crystallize into enervating and confusing habits which turns into distracting and adverse circumstances; Ex. Men see booty, start thinking about booty, create the impure thoughts, the mind starts to forget about the wife at home and the mission at hand.
