Mass Infection,a Greek Death Metal band,was formed in January 2003 by George (guitars/vocals),Nick (guitars) & Chris (drums). Their first demo-cd entitled "Believe The Lie",containing 3 songs,was recorded in the summer of 2003.The response was very good and it took great critics by magazines & webzines. The band played in several shows and festivals in Greece promoting their material. In December 2004 Mass Infection recorded a 2 track promo-cd which sounded heavier and more aggressive.The band started promoting the promo-cd in January 2005 giving more than 2.500 copies free to friends,festivals magazines in Greece and all over the world. Meanwhile new material was composed and so Mass Infection entered Nemesis studio (GR) in December of 2005 to record their first full-length album called "Atonement For Iniquity",consisted of 9 tracks and strongly influenced by bands such as Vader,Malevolent Creation,Bolt Thrower and more. After many live shows with bands such us Rotting Christ,Sinister,Malevolent Creation,Pungent Stench,Sickening Horror,Ravencult,Corpus Mortale and many more,the band signed for Austrian label Black Edge records and "Atonement For Iniquity" was released in February of 2007.Also Mass Infection was a part of "Theogonia Balkans Tour 2007" (Slovenia,Hungary,Servia,Romania,Bulgaria,Greece) along with Rotting Christ & Suicidal Angels in April of 2007 booked by Massive Music (PL).
