Lindsay

Lindsay was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin where she began singing and dancing at the age of three. Lindsay was in a number of musical theater, dance and vocal companies including: The Wisconsin Dance Ensemble, Middleton Players Theater and Madison Children’s Choir. After graduating High School, Lindsay was eager to move out to start her music career. Lindsay moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue her career in music at 19. She attended the Musicians Institute’s vocal program for a year and a half, where she studied voice, music theory, piano, performance, and songwriting with various teachers and musicians. Since graduating from the Musicians Institute, Lindsay has been singing and performing throughout the Los Angeles area. She sings professionally as a background vocalist for several different artists. She continues to write and record her own music, inspired by her musical influences such as Sarah McLauchlin and Bonnie Rait, and her love for family and her home in the mid-west. The sweetness in her voice and the simplicity of her lyrics are a beautiful combination . Lindsay hopes to continue singing and writing music, and looks forward to what success the future will bring her.
