About Me

(¯..·._.· MySpace-Help.org ·._.·..¯)

***********************************************************I was lucky enough to be blessed with children.  I have three teenagers (1 boy, 2 girls).  I graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a BFA in Art.  Planned on teaching at first, until I "did my time" in public schools!  Teachers have the second most difficult job in the world with parenting coming in first.  Teachers I offer you my complete and abundant awe and respect!  Now, I do a bit of illustrating and enjoy the magic of creating when I can fit in a few extra moments.  I have decided after living entirely for my family for the last 22 years that perhaps something vital to who I am and who I wish to be has been missing?  So, I'm out to continue my education - not in a structured setting but instead from the greatest teachers we have.  EACH OTHER!  Teach me World! ***********************************************************

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

***********************************************************F un people who like to chat in the evenings.  The definition of "Fun" is totally up to you!  My definition of the word would be - enjoying laughter and being creative, interested in learning and finding pleasure in life.  Oh, I know my definition is darned near impossible to expect to accomplish all of the time but we still have to aim high!  My friends are attempting to teach me the importance of believing and living with the idea that "my glass is half full instead of half empty."***************************************************** ******

Fighting the sorrow of winter

This Winter seems so long.  Perhaps because our past Summer was so very brief.  Starting on Monday we delved into a long week of continuous clouds, rain and snow.  Alas, the sun has gone away.  T...

RANT n’ RAVE (thanks John)

While driving home at dusk, I became entranced by the delicate wash of light peach and lilac of the clouds against the horizon.  The skelatal trees reached quiety toward the darkening sky between...

Renovations and "Why do I find it so hard to make choices?"

When we moved the family into our house nearly 16 years ago, (like many people) we had so many plans on how to improve the living space.  Each and every day when I walk through the door into the kitch...

Lost

Two mornings ago, I lost a dear spirit.  I've know Elliot since he was a newly awakened, trusting little life.  I brought him home and taught him his first words.  He learned his name a...

July Weather....

Sunshine hovers over my shoulder with heat enough to bring a slight glaze of dew to my skin.  The temperatures are hot and heavy yet the air is almost easy to breathe.  My reluctant lungs al...

On the Back of a Harley

On the back of a Harley... The bike is black with "ghost" stripes of dark gray.  Modified, it doesn't purr, it roars and thunders with power.  I had never been adventurous or brave and willi...

My Failed Blog....

I wonder.... I wonder why I can't seem to post a blog?  I've tried and it escaped me into the mysterious regions of darkness out there in the twilight of cyberspace....  I tried to copy it a...
