I love to travel, it's exciting to explore a new environment and experience different cultures. I've been to Peru, Paris and most of the big cities in the US. I love big cities, but I appreciate the simplicity of small towns. My next big trip will definitely be to hit at least a few countries in Europe. Paris is an awesome city, it'll be hard not to stop there again. Being abroad made me appreciate Detroit and Michigan. Detroit is real. People are way too close-minded about Detroit. It's been through a lot, but I believe it will come through...there's been so many positive changes in the past 5 years and more to come.I enjoy working out, it's the best stress relief for me...I just wish I had more time. And in the summer I try to ride my bike (bicycle not a Harley or crotch rocket...those are death machines that bug the shit out of me...they're loud and are accidents waiting to happen)...anyway, if Michigan had better weather I'd be on my bike more often.I enjoy meeting new people and like to have a variety of friends...I think it's important to know other cultures. It's amazing how quickly we forget about our differences and don't even think about the fact that we are all really the same by nature. I wish more people understood that (or at least make an effort to try!).
People who like to have fun and don't take life too seriously.
Howie Day, The Fray, James Blunt, 30 Seconds to Mars, Jack Johnson, John Mayer. Jazz and R & B, but sometimes just need a little crazy punk rock.
All kinds...Foreign films are intruiging...I get lost in old classics...I prefer to laugh or smile at a good flick...love stories can be a drag though. Goonies is def. one of my favs!
like the classics - To Kill a Mockingbird, The Pearl. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, not classic, but it will be. The Widow of The South by Robert Hicks was good. I like History and stories set in other times and other places.
