About Me

CND Records, established as a reputable Dubstep Label since 2006 by DJ Classic and Detach (CND).
CND is a duo of sounds from artist with different musical backgrounds. DJ Classic is influenced from Ragga, Grime & House music, carrying years of experience in music production, DJing and artists management.
DJ Detach comes from a Rock/Metal and Tech background he has been an active bassist in Thrash Metal bands and has a passion and natural ability in graphic design.
The collaboration of both artists began whilst completing a BA in Music & Sonic Media. After spending many hours studying together and trying new experimental sounds in the studio the unique sound of CND was born.
Since then, CND Records has established itself at the forefront of the Dubstep scene, working closely with Brotherhood/Ride it Riddims, they have contributed positively to the growth and expansion of this new and fresh music genre. In 2008 CND Records added to their ranks the infamous MC Flava D. They launched a show on Diesel:U:Music Radio, featuring â€˜Fused Forcesâ€™ and â€˜Sun of Selahâ€™ and appeared on a Dubstep documentary for BBC Radio 1. They have collaborated with Mixing Records for a new dubstep event called MONO â€˜Becoming Oneâ€™, one of the few Dubstep events taking place in the heart of the Dubstep scene, London.
The New Year found CND Records growing bigger and more diverse when they signed up the former grime producer B.L.I.T.Z (aka Luke Soul) and the ambient tech master Filter Dready. CND Records is pushing to take the music forward in different directions, having the insight, the experience and the drive to achieve so stay tunedâ€¦
