About Me

So I re-read this thing and realized how dumb I sound.I am a Fine Art major currently attending Long Beach City College with means to transfer to CalState University Long Beach, and knowing me, that will take forever. I am very interested in capturing the human body, and creating a piece that is dark and twisted, elegant, and entrancing. I have participated and have had my work contributed to small art shows and galleries, such as the most recent Norman Gottlieb Youth Art Show 2005 and the Lakewood Guild Student Art Show in 2005. (yeah, bet you've heard of those...)My goals for the future is to have an art gallery of my own with my work displayed along with other independant freelance artists, along with maybe even teaching fine art to college students (Most highschool students, I feel, don't appreciate art as much as people in college for some reason.) Anyway, my mediums are quite diverse. As of now I am in a charcoal and graphite stage, but I like working with pastels, acryllic, and all that other stuff i can't remember. :)PS. Life Drawing is a class every young artist should take. This one took me an entire month...
