No Prisoners Records is the brainchild of husband and wife production/songwriting team James and Shena Winchester.

He also has credits as a remixer, with remixes of 'All I Need' by I Beat Hustlers for Lowered Records, 'Still in Love' for Silly Spider Records and 'Narama' and 'The Sun is shining' by DT8 for Mondo records.
Shena is a very successful British dance/pop/soul/R&B diva. She has vocalled and/or written 27 chart hits including 'The Weekend' by Michael Gray (no7) and 'Nothing I Won't do' by JX (no2). At the same time, the couple are now coming to prominence as producer/writers of pop records for established acts, with tracks currently on hold for Helena Jesse and a new hollywood fantasy movie, 'Snow Queen'. In 2006 they enjoyed chart success by penning 'Don't let the morning come' by Soul Avengerz featuring Javine, and have several pending releases with well known dance acts Warren Clarke, Starchaser, Paolo Jackson, Solitaire and Alex Gaudino to name but a few. Also forthcoming is dance/punk act Luciana, on whose first album James hopes to have several writing, playing and production credits.
Latest projects are the co-writing and production of Electrosexual (James' remix recently featured on Annie Nightingale's Y4k compilation) and Lifting, two of Shena's latest club releases, and James will shortly be co-writing/producing tracks for an album with 'Blood' for Oyster Records, and new Streets-esque duo Glad (featuring secret former X factor finalist), who is being developed by Mike Stock of 'Stock, Aitken and Waterman fame.
However the couple's consuming passion, their reason for starting No Prisoners Records and their biggest professional undertaking to date is Shena's solo album 'One man woman', tracks from which are featured here and which will be released in Summer 2008.
Thanks must go to our close friends and family, particularly Paul and Earleen Taylor, who as Executive Producers of our debut album release and co-directors in our parent company No Prisoners Ltd have supported us fantastically in our endeavours, and we hope to repay them with a smash hit later this year.
