3 Hole Punch

In 2005, HALOGEN, an 80's hard rock cover band, tore through the Sarasota/Tampa area leaving a mark that no one else could touch! As with any band, there were personnel changes, mostly due to an arrogant/bi-polar member of the band at that period of time that felt he had to be the "KING OF ME". As a result, HALOGEN came to an end, and in 2006, M80's was born! The same internal chemistry, with the same arrogant/BP person, caused that band to "exchange" personnel quickly.In late 2007, Tony Hedrick and Greg Murray reunited, without the "bad seeds", to form 3-HOLE-PUNCH, an IN YOUR FACE 100% ORIGINAL rock-n-roll project aimed at taking Florida by the balls and making people ROCK !!! The chemistry between Hedrick/Murray allowed quick writing, BLAZING guitar chops, vocals like no other in the area and a "quick" following of believers! A large amount of money was invested into a production studio with space age technology and everything needed to complete a self produced CD.Early in 2008, Rich Hamilton (an ex band mate of Greg Murray from California), heard demo's from the west coast and liked the songs so much, moved to Sarasota to join 3 HOLE PUNCH! Hamilton's bass playing would be compared to Les Claypool of PRIMUS meets FLEA of the Chili Peppers. No one in the Florida area can hold a candle to Hamilton's playing!30 songs have now been completed and are being mastered. A CD is currently underway and should be completed in the near future. 2009 will bring a new CD into stores/internet and a second CD in the works, live concerts throughout the state and more!
