I'm a hard working musician and artist living in Sheffield, involved in a number of projects.
Djing
I learned to mix at an early age with my parents vinal collection, a crappy belt drive turntable and an old cassette player. Mixing Hippy rock, motown and show tunes (some times i robbed my brothers metal records and messed around with those!).
I started djing and putting on my own nites when i turned 16 back in 1996, with my small collection of old school hiphop and early big beat records.
Since then I have traveled and played in most situations imaginable including shops, corporate events and strip clubs! My sets have a distinct style as I blend and play with many genres rather than the typical "Funk/Hiphop/D&B/Dub" Or "Electro/house/breaks" which most Dj's seem to limit themselves to?!
The Wizard Of Oz MiX Is one of my strip'd down lofi sets uniquely combining a strong narrative with a contemporary sound track of electronica, hip hop, rock and a few suprises.
The wizard of Oz mix has been cut into 4 parts so Keep your eyes peeled as I'm gonna put different snippets up over time....you lucky people lol.
I'm currently taking a break from resident Djing and instead playing out at gigs/events. My favorite sets are between bands at gigs where I can combine my love of hiphop, alternative, electronica, Rock'nRoll and Jazz by scratching it all up. Then rocking a dance floor after.
Music
My love for music developed further when i became interested in blues and rock and taught myself to play guitar.
From blues I found soul and funk so I taught myself to play bass and drums.
Currently I have found interest in folk and early British music hall so have taught myself to play the piano and developed my voice (Still shaky with both! lol).
Projects
When I'm not Djing, making art or writing for the"Infected Cutts" project you can find me either:
Skeletons
Providing Victorian punk piano and haunting vocal madness in Sheffield's knees up band, this group is gaining interest through its powerful on stage energy and unique old school spirit "Keep your eyes out for them!" "Skeletons"
"Grave Diggin" Live at Harley
Reviews
"...their songwriting has great production live, both structured well and even during the whispered chorus, they held full attention..."
"...Though never quite sounding like ‘Arctic Monkeys’ nor ‘Reverend and the Makers’ mainly due to the fact this guy can sing..."
"...I hope they hurry up and get some recordings sorted, and become a full time project. Check them out!..." (Charlie Southwell, noisemakesenemies)
"...With tinkling piano smoothly in like the background music in a grimy spaghetti western, the incorrigible Liam Creamer pastes his unmistakable wail over the top of the classic-styled tunes..."
"...Accomplished musicianship, coupled with a early grab of catchy tunes..."
"...It’s a shame because there’s little that’s hackneyed or dull about Skeletons and hopefully you’ll be able to find this all out for yourself in the coming months." ( Brian E. Jemimah , Drownedinsound)

The Legend Of The 7 Black Tentacles
Weird structures, post-rock and turntable-scratchiness in the epic prog-hiphop supergroup "The Legend Of The 7 Black Tentacles"
A 10 piece fully live modern orchestra is pushing boundaries by weaving multi-genres cleverly together with live visual projections.
"Melody d'epic" and "Ninja swarm" live at the Harley
Headlining at Peace in the park
Reviews
"The most innovative and also highly accessible sound to come out of Sheffield since the lads from High Green had that marvellous idea"(Corporation Niteclub)
"We also see the return of 7 Black Tentacles, who have to be one of if not the finest band we have had on at Harley live..."
"...Honestly they absolutely electrified the place last time they played." (The Harley Live)

The Black Rod
Experimental improvisation with electro-acoustic chaos group "The Black Rod"
The group consists of a metal vocalist with effects, a dude with random instruments and mic and a Dj providing weird beats and scratching.
How it works: Nothing is planned, three musicians press record and make it all up on the spot, just working off each other!...exciting stuff

My passion for music and the visual arts drives me to be involved in the new music scene, working with the most open minded musicians and artists.
I'm always interested in meeting new creative people with motivation.
