Im a sound engineer for the Dream Center in Los Angeles, CA.. Its a non-denomination christian church thats not like anything you've ever seen or been around.. I've been trying to pick up on this attitude and energy that rolls through this place.. Everyone there is all about serving and placing others before themselves.. They have something going EVERY day of the week.. They call them outreaches, I call them acts of kindness.. Over 40,000 pounds of food pass through this place on a weekly basis getting into the hands of people who really need it. From Skidrow downtown to kids in Watts, Inglewood, Dogtown, etc. Literally 365 days week.. Been so lucky to be a part of such an amazing thing and now starting to see the fruit being produced in my life.. Realizing how selfish my perspective on life really is, there's such a relief when you let go of your own wants an desires and place another person first.. ANYWAY I have a long way to go but cant wait.. Surrounded by the most amazing encouraging people, anythings possible!
