Crystal Moloney is a flute player living in Sydney, Australia. She has always had a passion for music, even before taking up the flute at the age of 10. After specialising in Classical styles for many years, she changed her focus to Jazz and Contemporary styles as she began her degree at The Australian Institute of Music. She was awarded a Bachelor of Music (Contemporary Performance) in 2005. Crystal enjoys playing all styles of music, and currently plays with many different bands and ensembles, including The John Hardaker Direction (Jazz/Funk/Blues), Fonque Nouveau ('Psychedelic Jazz/Funk'), Scarlet's Revenge (Acoustic Folk/Punk) and Escape2Music (a Classical ensemble).
