Well, I never did make it out of the desert! :) Who would have thunk it? I believe that everything good or bad my life happens for a reason and that's how I live my life. I have been with my wonderful husband, Kevin, for 7 years, married for almost 6. I never knew the true definition of a soulmate until I met him. The first time I saw him standing on my door step, picking me up for a blind date, I knew we would spend our lives together. He makes me a better person and he completes me. I don't know where I would be without him! My daughter, Leila, is such a busy body and keeps me on my toes! Everyday she amazes me. She's the cutest little girl you will ever meet. She touches a part of everybody's lives that she comes in contact with. She is so vibrant that she lights up a room when she walks in and leaves an imprint in your heart when she leaves. The child has no fear, which scares the living daylights out of my husband and me. My husband & daughter are the loves of my life and everything I live for. Aside from that, I'm a work-a-holic.....it's a disease I can't get rid of!! :) I haven't quite learned how to let go, yet..still trying though. Thank God my family & friends understand me. :) I know everyone thinks that they have the best friends in the world, but I truly do. They've always been there to encourage me and make fun of me when I do something stupid and never let me live it down..hahaha. There is never a dull moment when you guys are around. You guys are great! I have been blessed with a wonderful family and friends. They make the most unbelievable things make sense. :) I thank God everyday for all the blessings in my life and the lessons he has taught me and is still teaching me.
