About Me

I was born with a raging thirst, a hunger to be free, in Connecticut. Then I lived in Vermont for awhile. There i recorded a little 10 song album, including some of the stuff here. ----if you like it, contact me and i will send you a cd. rare first pressing still available. ha.---- After a little wandering, i landed back in CT, and that's that for now. As far as my musical bio, i loved punk rock when i was fourteen and played guitar in a crusty band. Then i started sort of feeling groovy and listening to the grateful dead and jamming long-winded jams with my friend kiyoshi the excellent drummer. Next it was time to put away childish things such as the electric guitar and accompany my friend dave on the great acoustic songs he was writing. soon enough i was writing my own songs and the rest is melodramatic popular song history.in vermont i went to college for a second and listened to radiohead and washed a lot of dishes for a few years. i would write and sing during little patches of inspiration, sort of far between, aided by the many loony and gifted artists in northern and central vermont. These phases became longer and more productive; then in the winter of 06 i came alive with energy and ideas and songs in my head and smiles for how funny everything was. i played shows, recorded, had big plans. well, lord knows that can't last.so now i'm playing songs into my magic box here, some old, some new, some not mine. lots of decent fake sounds to work with.it's great to find everything funny. hopefully i'm on my way back there......apparently if i want my profile to look boss like this i have to whore myself to some service, so just ignore this next bit.
