SAFE SLIDING

This is the second band Shawn May and Mike Ford have played in together. Back in 2002, Shawn May, Mike Ford, Brandon Cincotti and Matt Guay formed a band called "Laid to Rest". They lasted about a year and then disbanded. Brandon and Matt went on to play in a new band called Streetcar.Shawn and Mike both played in random bands until the winter of 2008. Then, they started a new band called Safe Sliding in a shed with a tiny lil' space heater and recorded their first 2 albums, "The Captain Without Shipmates" and "The Alli Coleman Album", there.After about 6 months they moved to Atlantic City and finished their third album, "The Wizard of Croz". The goal of the band remains the same: make music for people to listen to...With 3 albums completed, the desire to play live has forced them so start looking for a permanent drummer and singer...
