I am here for Friends

About Me

2006 was, without a doubt, in the top 3 best years of my life.I lived in New Orleans, my birthplace, in a tent. I lived in Los Angeles, my home, on a couch. I lived in China, my job, in a yurt.2007 is off to a REALLY good start. Tough act to follow, but I wanna take a shot.So far, Chicago, Montana, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Las Vegas, Budapest, Prague and Krakow. And don't forget AZ for Spring Training. Life is good. Which is also my excuse for being an AWFUL myspace pal to y'all. I also vow to update blogs and send messages and look at peoples' pictures and ask intuitive questions about their profiles. (seriously. i am not being facetious)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Buck O'Neill. But, sadly, Buck has left us. So now I will have to be good for the rest of my life and then die to have a chance. Well worth it, I'd say. Roy Hobbs, Tom Waits, Brandon Darby, Elijah Thomas Bradley (I actually got to meet him! He is way cool. Also he is my short cousin), Walter Johnson, Max Fischer, Claudia Cardinale 1967, Henry Darger, Dr. Octagon, Doc Holliday, Petra Haden, and Walter Payton.

My Blog

Tashkorgan. Or Stone City, Yeah Yeah, Beep Beep!

Eating In Kashgar Part I. Or Now I Know Why Everyone In America Is So Fat

Eating in Kashgar Part II. Or Dear God, Did We Just Eat Lunch For Seven Hours?

Kashgar Beverages or I WILL NEVER DRINK AMARETTO AGAIN

I really didn't think it would be necessary to ever utter those words. But trust me true believers, it is fact. Really, how many times have you heard some one, the next day, saying "I will never dri...
