About Me

CRAP... Someone's actually reading this? Ok... Hmm… I find it difficult to describe myself without sounding preprogrammed or narcissistic. In a nutshell, I am a multi-faceted optimist, spiritually driven and intrinsically motivated by a thirst and appreciation for life. Not satisfactory? Ok, well... Currently, I have a career in finance, and am an entrepreneur/private investor. Although I consider myself to be a perpetual student in life, I completed my socially-constructed “formal” education with a dual bachelors degree from the University of California. I am sure of who I am, where I’ve been, and what I want in my future. My life is rooted in God in a non-traditional sense. I’m a complex contradiction on many levels: a perfectionist with work, financial and social obligations, yet easy going with everything else in life; I live my life optimistic in outlook, but always prepared for the worst; I am open-minded to all activities that don’t conflict with my fundamental beliefs or compromise my integrity; though logic drives my thought process, I can’t help but question everything. An abstract thinker, I sometimes introduce options that were not previously considered. I steer clear of people who make judgments borne out of ignorance. Rather than comparing myself to others, I simply choose to wake up every morning with a renewed commitment to be the best Christian, son, brother, friend, and humanitarian I can be today; and at night, I reflect on how to improve for tomorrow. I've been told that I am an attentive listener, and make a conscious effort to be a very steadfast and sincere friend. In the past, I've been blindly trusting, and have put the wrong people on a pedestal. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah... If you aren’t completely bored by now, feel free to drop me a line at [email protected]. Thanks for reading...

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Uh... cool people... Trying to keep in touch with friends. As for my type? I'm attracted to intellectual, abstract-thinking women (yes, it's what's inside that really counts...) She is close to her family. An educated, well rounded, and driven woman who can keep up with me intellectually and inspire me to grow just by being who she is. She is someone who works hard, and plays hard in an effort to maximize life's potential. She will share my optimistic, open-minded attitude but knows what she is not willing to compromise; and thus, can afford to be laid back with anything that doesn't conflict with who she is. Also, she is sharp... The best example I can give: A cup of milk has spilt... Rather than being a spectator like everyone else merely observing that which has already occurred, she and I would be grabbing the mop and bucket... I'm not as picky as it may sound though... Just a really thorough answerer of the question I guess... Ok, crap... I AM a nerd...
