Nothing inspires me like God, music, my mother, family and friends. I live to be better at what I do. I work at a local Church and Boy's and Girl's club. I've learned that life is not about what offers you get, what College you go to, or what crowd you hang around. It's about what you have to offer the people around you, the kids who look up to you, and those who (consciously and some unconsciously) doubt you. "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience. But where he stands at times of challenge and controversy"...just in case you were curious about the quote. I'm blunt. Music is the love of my life. I like Coffee Ice cream and Rugby. I dislike people who are convinced they know it all. I have to sleep with a fan and a blanket. I don't like taking pictures. Every month I have to buy a different cereal than the last. I enjoy cooking. I wanna snowboard one day. My mother is a champ. If I could, I'd move to Spain, and become a Spanish flamenco dancer under the name Guillermo. I am one of 9 children (6th). I love kids. I almost burned down my house as a child (twice). People who listen to Pop all the time get on my nerves. I witnessed my mother get shot, survive, and get out in two days with the bullet still lodged in her back. I thought I loved the outdoors till I moved down south. Kids at church call my Dynamite. I read more books than you can shake a stick at. Candles relax me. Pride gets on my nerves. Oatmeal calms me. Bad drivers irritate me. People that weren't cool in High school and now in college think they're the ish, stick out to me like Vanilla ice would in any crowd. I think if you're black and can't make a decent cup of Kool aid you deserve to take a bullet. Every time I tell someone I am blind in one eye they ask "with or without glasses?". (glasses don't heal that people....Jesus does). I have 5 sisters and 3 nieces and still can't get women. I watch Nat Geo everyday.
