Hey, what can i say? Im Fred, straight out of the heart of it all..everyones favorite, ohio baby. I used to play running back for the cranford high school fighting bears, but not anymore since i got into college. Right now im goin to school at the local junior college, but im not going to be there for long once i get my tae kwan do teachers license. Ive been into the martial arts for about eight years now and i think im getting pretty good!
