Ghost-A ghost is the center of spiritual life or the soul, just as the DJ is the soul and center of hip-hop music. So it is only appropriate that this 23-year-old Puerto Rican DJ turned producer is named Ghost; it seems a name befit for someone who can lay tracks that haunt your ears long after they have stopped playing. Starting at the tender age of 12 this young mastermind of turntablism and beatology, with the help of an older cousin who loaned him his turntables, used the watch-and-learn technique to school himself on the wheels of steel.Lending his talents to the "Big House Vol.1" compilation as a member of Big House Records Ghost was able to work with artists who Push And inspired his art. Doing that collaboration was a big step for him, and like a ghost who has returned to handle unfinished business, Ghost has returned to the studio As A Sewed Up Managment Artist. And now is forging his way onto collaborations with other artists and other labels. Currently he just finished a project with Chino XL for his new CD "Chino XL "The Poison Pen" and has lined up some projects with Sony- Artist "J-Boog" of B2k.But the world will have to wait to find out exactly which artists the Ghost will be teaming up with next.Aside from other artists albums Ghost has one of his own, a pure production effort, slated for a December release. While he can spit venomous flows and does not disregard the joys of being in a booth, the Ghosts first love will always be on the production end of things.
