About Me

This 16 year old yonkers New York native, is ready to put his self trained rap skills to the test and this is what he told us." I started rapping around 12 years old, I'm not going to lie to you I was trash "he laughs" my friends and family will tell you, but I just kept practicing and with practice makes perfect". But really I wasn't even into rapping I just loved hip-hop music as a whole, but once I started hearing artist like the Diplomats it changed me. I started to see the game in a whole new light, I was like "wow these dudes got mad swag" you can hear the confidence in their rhymes and they sound like they were having fun wit it, and i said "you know what", "Im gonna try it and see how it comes out". So i picked up a pencil and pad and started writing, nobody knew I rapped except my cousin and a few friends, but I would have never thought in a million years that this is what I wanna do as a profession. I looked at it as a hobby. I was more focused on being the next Michael Jordan "laughing". But the more I rapped the more it consumed me I couldn't help it I fell in love with it. The memories of when I wrote my first rhyme till now, there's no turning back for me. I do remember at one point I tried to stop for almost a year, I felt that I wasn't good enough and I wasn't really going to make anything out of it. But then a new kid checked into my School named Jordan, surprisingly he rapped too, but when I seen that determination that he had, to be a rap artist, it got my confidence up to get back on my grind, and with that confidence it helped me figure out who I wanna be as an artist. I forced myself to be better. (fast forward) a year and a half or so to the summer, before the beginning of High School which was a very critical point in my developement as a rapper by this time my ipod had a thousand instrumentals, all I did was practice, and me and Jordan were like brothers, we started a group called "Hood Legacy", just me and him. We later recruited a kid named Young 1, but before I go any further I gotta thank god for introducing me to this kid named Adam, with out him things would have been a lot different. Adam introduced me to a guy named Tyrell Davis aka "Black" he owns his own studio. We make practically all of our songs there having that studio to go to allowed me to grow as an artist instead of just writing songs not even putting them to use. The songs on my page are only a sample, if you wanna hear more or know more hit me up or schedule an interview, haha" music layout powered by HOT FreeLayouts.com / MyHotComments
