BIOGRAPHY: Stefan Jackson, more affectionately known as Snake was born on the Westside of Detroit, Michigan. Snake found his niche as a rap artist at the age of 16. Snake's passion for music caused him to adopt the name Snake Pletskiano (plea-ski-an-o). Snake loves to record in the studio and he is often known to go in the booth in concert mode; and record his songs with no pen or pad in site, just straight off the top of the head. Snake's raw talent makes it easy for him to turn metaphors into precise lyrics. He spit his lyrics over beats that underground hip-hop fans can really enjoy. Snake is an avid writer of lyrics and has over 200 songs written waiting to be released and he is constantly writing. He started a record label (Skando Records) in 1991. At the beginning of 1995, he released a maxi single entitled 313 FOREVER, in which he gave homage to Detroit. That cd sold about 2,000 underground copies. In 2000 Snake teamed up with Moebadis (from Natas) and together they formed a group called Moebadis-N-Snake. They released their first project a cd entitled THUGZ MILLENNIUM. That album sold over 3,000 copies of their underground work. 2001 - 2003, they recorded two more albums GLOCKZ & ROCKZ and STOCKZ-n-BONDZ. In 2004 Snake embarked on his first solo project entitled SNAKE PLETSKIANO THE PRESCRIPTION, which has 19 hip-hop tracks. Snake loves to perform and he says he is at his best when he has an audience to perform in front of. Snake's opening performances credits include LIL SCRAPPY at Club International in Detroit, for JAZZE PHA at Industry Night in Comerica Park, and LIL WAYNE at the Atrium in Atlanta. He promises that he hasn't delivered his best yet. Snake Pletskiano believes he can rhyme with the best of the other rap artist. He has the talent to be a recognized force in the rap game. Currently he is the studio recording another album. Snake Pletskiano states; "If I am given the chance in the music industry, I definitely will make a lasting impression".
