Good or bad, I am thankful for each day. My husband and I have grown up together in this journey they call life. Through the grace of God, we continue to create a strong unit. We are both shocked that 12 years can just creep up on you, and the experiences thus far could fill a thick book. We are silly and never forget to laugh at ourselves. I have grown some thick skin over the years and it's a good thing because if you know how we are with my brothers and sisters in-law, you will come to realize this is how we show love - a little weird but it works for us! At the end of the day I am SO thankful for my family and wouldn't you just know that my Mom actually was right about some things?! To make things even better we have some good ass friends. Ones that keep us rolling with laughter on a consistent basis, and who without a shadow of a doubt will always be there for us and we in return would not hesitate to do the same. I love, love, love music. Reading is starting to become a great habit again, but unfortunately there are times when I watch way too much TV. I am affectionate and touchy feely, I love to greet you with a hug. I actually enjoy the mornings and prefer to start my day early. Fall and winter make me feel warm and fuzzy. When summer rolls around I welcome the warm weather for about a month and then gripe about it until lovely "fair" weather greets us again. I like my coffee sweet and my martini's extra dirty. I love hanging with my girls. I maintain that girls night's/happy hour's/dinner's are important and needed. Period. I have a thing for history and the paranormal. I am s-l-o-w-l-y learning to be more crafty and thanks to a certain few girls, I am getting more intune with sewing and such. This is a (long!) bit about me and I suppose I need to wrap this up... The last and most important part of all this is my Family. By that I mean the one Ruben and I have created. It's beautiful and means the whole world to me. I was one of those weirdo women who LOVED being pregnant. Giving birth to my Daughter was the most powerful event of my life. I fall in love with her more and more each day. Ruben and I are striving to prepare this little one for that great big world... as we continue on that venture we will attempt to always be headstrong. CAN'T STOP - WON'T STOP ;)
