Middlepoet is the former Poet Laureate of Jersey City, NJ as well as a two time recipient of grants from the Puffin Foundation and a Pen fellowship semi-finalist. As a performer he has appeared at such legendary venues as the Nuyorican Poets Cafe in New York, NY and Da Poets Lounge in Los Angeles, CA. Middle currently lives in Hudson County, NJ with his wofe and their dogs Annie and Reggie.Middlepoet live in Hollywood.
