Well I'm now in Las Vegas. Moved here in 9/07. The first thing that comes to mind is that it's HOT! Crazy Africa hot! Certainly not what I'm used to in Michigan. But life happens and here I am.

Family and friends are a priority in my life. This may sound like a politician but God, family and friends are in the forefront of my life. I know it's trite but it's also true.
Right now, I'm focused on living a healthy lifestyle, keeping fit, eating right and trying to keep a positive mental attitude. Hopefully it will help others to do the same
