William A. is a guitarist/singer/songwriter from Birmingham, Alabama. He was first introduced to music at the ripe age of 8, but at 14 he picked up the guitar and never looked back. Within a few years he found himself playing in various local working bands. Playing everything from jazz to r&b, metal, and back to country. He's played alongside the Southeast's top acts and musicians such as Ruben Studdard, Caddle, Eric Watters and Jimmy Finney (Suburban Love Junkies), Mellowship, Another Hero, Hidden Element, Kendra Sutton, Josh Ramsey, Erin Mitchell Band, Sean Michael Ray, Foxy Fatts, Ona Watson, Top Secret, 4 on The Floor, Eric Dubose, Toni Gaines, Michael Warren, Zac Harmon (national), "lil" Jon Roberts (national) and many more.With such a broad background, William A. creates a soulful twist on pop. His style artfully mixes elements of alternative, rhythm & blues, and jazz. He is said to possess John Mayer-like guitar skills and a unique ability to deliver folk-inflicted lyrics with poise, resembling Brandon Boyd (Incubus). Despite the positive comparisons, William is a musical force all of his own...driven, determined, and destined to accomplish great things in the future.
