I not only have a wide range of interest, but it's easy to make me interested in you. As long as you are goal oriented and approachable, I'm already intrigued. There's so much more to people than the physical limitations and standards of beauty that we place on ourselves...so being just another pretty face will do nothing but annoy me after a while...
I almost came up here and told a lie. I almost came up here and told you that I'm your average 23 year old male. I apologize because I refuse to lie. I'm not your average 23 year old male. I'm not your average male period. I refuse to be average. To be average is to be mediocre, and to me, there's something wrong with that. You should always strive to be better, always strive to be greater. Settling is not in my vocabulary. I refuse to settle for mediocracy in my work, in my attitude, in my writing, in my schoolwork, and my relationships. If you are just ok with being average, you and I will not mesh. I'm not saying that you have to BE great. But you should always want to be BETTER than you were the day before. My music tastes are very broad. I'm able to step outside the worlds of R&B and Hip Hop and enjoy music that may not have much appeal to the "average" male my age...
I used to be a very avid reader, until I realized everything that I was reading was the same. My solution to this, come out with your own book, something that YOU would want to read. And so that's what I'm doing. I'm still a fan of Michael Baisden, EJD, Carl Weber, Darren Coleman, and Edwardo Jackson. I also like reading the materal of NEW authors that are trying to carve out their own place in the literary world.
