Our mothers used to teach music lessons together and Aimee and I would play volleyball in the church parking lot while they were singing in the choir. We both play many instruments and love to sing but never thought anything of it. Then, one Tuesday, Aimee said she wanted to ask me something that she had been meaning to ask me for months-- she proposed that we write music together- we use my words and she beautifully puts them to music. And here we are. I am very much enjoying every moment. :)
