Coffee, Family, Lasagna, Friends, Animals, Camping, Open Minded People, Love, Writing Music, and PoetryI was born in Olympia, WaSpent most of my childhood in MissouriBuilt forts with my sister on our 35 acre farmWas a big tomboy till I was 17...a part of me still isWent to high school in Auburn, WAWent to colleges in Tennessee, California, and finally graduated with my B.A. in Psychology here at Walla Walla UniversityI am a two year Americorps member (a domestic version of the Peace Corps) Love It!!! If you want a job that is more then a job for a year or two...do it! I work as an Intervention Specialist Advocate, teaching social skills classes to kids who struggle with behavior issues. I love it!I have been doing music since before I can remember. Started writing music, around the age of 17. It is my way of letting my feelings out, Wearing my heart on my sleeve. It means so much to me when someone can relate to my songs...Because my songs are my soul.Music brings people together.Sure I would love to make enough money to live on just based on my music... But honestly all I really want is to touch lives with my music, the way music has touched my life. Someday and Child Again are from my first album Someday which my Dad helped me record in our home studio.Grace Amazing, Break up Blues, Love all the People, and Gotta Get Away are live in the studio demo tracks.My goal is to get a new Album started right away and hopefully finished by the end of the school year!But I cannot do this alone!!!
