Holly wasn't always a Madison, she was born Holly Cullen. From the ages of 2-11, Holly lived in Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. Her family then moved back to her homestate of Oregon. In 1999, Holly left her family and headed off to L.A. in order to pursue modeling. There she became a Hawaiian tropic model and worked at a local Hooters. Her hooters career got her recognized in the playboy industry. She received several invitations to attend the mansion. At this time, Hef had seven other ladies. In 2001, Holly moved to the Playboy Mansion and became one of Hugh Hefners girlfriends. Just one year later, in 2002, Holly became Hef's #1 girlfriend and moved into his bedroom. Hef's other girlfriends included Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson, they resided just down the hall from Holly and Hef's bedroom. Holly and Hef recently ended their relationship. She is now dating and very much in love with the well known magician, Criss Angel.
Holly was very open about the fact that she wanted children with Hef. She frequently brought the matter up to him. She also strongly wanted to become his bride. However, Hef has stated that he has no plans on marrying again or having anymore children. Holly knew that the relationship would never go any further than her being one of three girlfriends and decided to take matters into her own hands and get involved in a relationship where she truely is number one.
