I was raised to a Navy family; four brothers, no sisters. I joined the Army at eighteen and serve as a medic. I always get the question, "How is that?" Well, it was just as any other path in life; you love some, and you hate some. I am steadily working towards becoming a Physician's Assistant.As far as things I want to do: Well, I want to make a difference. Don't ask me how, I just want to. The world is full of hate and blame...I think that it is interesting that even at the cellular level, fighting, defending, and taking over is happening. What if these were the two theories as to why we fight: fighting, since it happens even at the cellular level, is, of course, manifested at a larger level. Cell against cell, person against person, etc. The second theory: what if we could change ourselves, even at the cellular level, through meditation and visualization techniques. They do say that change does start with ourselves. I want it to be a better place, so I try to..starting with my own little world. Hopefully, the goodness is contagious and will spread far and wide! Yes, high hopes! I am doing things that I have always wanted to do, and I am finding myself loving the outdoors more and more. But, hey, that is what the NorthWest is about! Washington is definitely gorgeous. I know, some say that it rains entirely too much. And, I agree; those rainy months are a kick in the a$$, but the spring/summer/fall make it all WORTH WHILE! My husband and I just bought our first house, and I really think it has opened the door to so much more creative ideas. I love to decorate. And, I love MYSPACE. I have come into contact with friends I haven't talked to in over ten years! How cool is that! Anyways, I'll stop being a cheese-head now!
