About Me

The name is Tamara Monique....but I answer to many others - "t" being the easiest and less formal, not to mention my favorite. Tamaritza is a close second. Let's see, I'm 22, I cut my own hair, my favorite number is 4, I think that Sunday is the best day of the week, I have a dream of birthing mulatto children, I can balance a drink upright on my lower back, and am obsessessed with inexpensive bread.
I hope that one day I'll grow up and not cry when I go to the dentist or cease my lack of commitment and settle down with someone, but then everything would be too easy. Life should be a challenge, man!
"Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling."[Philipians 2:12]
Below are some of my drawings:

Books:

"Suppose time is a circle, bending back on itself. The world repeats itself, precisely, endlessly. For the most part people do not know they will live their lives over. Traders do not know that they will make the same bargain over and over again. Politicians do not know they will shout from the same lectern an infinite number of times in the cycle of time. Parents treasure the first laugh from their child as if they will not hear it again. Lovers making love the first time undress shyly, show suprise at the supple thigh, the fragile nipple. How would they know that each secret glimpse, each touch, will be repeated again and again and again, exactly as before?"[p. 8-9]
"Einstein's Dreams", by Alan Lightman.

She's strange, she's smart, she's beautiful, and out to save the world - what a woman.
