The way i started to play was that a teacher named Mr. Wright (not related) came to my class and asked who wants to play music. As excited as i was i cooly raised my hand. I wanted to go and play the drums but my parents said go and play the saxaphone. Now youngful thinking made me think the sax was lame but i went with the sax and im glad i did. When i just started playing i was pretty loud but once i stepped in the middleschool arena i began to prefect my craft. Playing under Mr. Lee first in the 7th i was second chair. I decided one day to challenge the girl for the chair. I lost but it pushed me to play harder and i also didnt mind because the 1st chair holder was in the 8th. By 8th grade i played under Mr. Washington who challenged me to develop an ear for music. After working on my ear i wanted to play for my uncle daryl (keyboardist) at my church (standard of living ministries) i played for the church until after recently he left. So i went off to forestville where i believe i made people feel music. then off to suitland where im in the 11th grade and im in the pep band, VPA concert band, VPA jazz band, and the marching band.
