Baron Pin-Ups

I was born Jerry Lind on October 31, 1937 in Duluth, Minnesota, the fourth son of Alma and Hjalmar von Lind. My father Hjalmar was born the son of Baron Johann von Lind in a small town outside of Stockholm, Sweden.With the exception of 18 years in the military I have devoted my life to art. Perfecting my artistic skills through the years in all phases of art profession.I began as a young apprentice in a publishing firm doing graphic art and advancing through the years in fields of art direction, illustrator of magazine art, portrait painter, pinup artist for calendars and classical painting. Becoming nationally known as a wildlife, western, editorial, calendar and portrait painter. In recent years my art has achieved international recognition and can be seen on web sites all over the world.I continue to paint in Port St. Lucie, Florida where I reflect upon and savor the renewed interest in my art through out the world.
