I was born in Minot N,D. and spent early years hanging out with my grandfather,that had a family owned music bussiness. I learned to repair and play a variety of musical instruments from him.I started playing drums ,guitar and keyboards,at the age of 8. From there I started playing local clubs and dances at the age of 10. From there I started to tour in the summer months with a few local bands,then moved on to work the cruise ship tour circut,and did some studio tracks also.In 1984 I worked on the Jackson World tour,then moved to Denver colorado for 8 years.I was the founding member of Shattered Glass,and also did some work with former members for the band Fire fall.I played some USO tours in between studio and session work. While tour the states I got the chance to meet alot of the countries top talents, They are just regular people just like anyone else,if people treat them that way. I learned alot while touring,but now im doing some studio and solo stuff to take a well neede break from the fast lane.B.B King once told me that the blues aint nothing more than a good man feeling bad,and how true that is.Im not touring right now but am thinking about releasing a CD.I was also the founding member of the group TROUBLE which toured most of the western and central states,includeing all the casinos.We had a very large following,and were the opening act for alot of major labels.Trouble has a my space site and has a few tracks on it. The tracks are not of very good quality because it was a raw cut from the soundboard and was never mixed down,but it gives an idea of what we were doing back then. My list of recording credits are numerous from pizza hut to shopping mall music, you know the music no one really listens to but is always in the back ground.Well some one had to play and record it lol.I had alot of fun times while working the cruise line circut, meeting people from all over the world.Being on a cruise ship is fun for most people ,and was for me to at first, but i never had alot of time to do my own thing.I had to rehearse all the time for who ever was the headliner that week.Ive done alot of tv score tracks and such to add to the list.I was fortunate enough to meet Stevie Ray Vaughn before he passed on to the big recording studio in the sky. He said to always believe in your self and any thing can happen. Meeting some the top performers in the music bussiness, was a great experience for me.
