I'd like to meet my seven-year-old self. I would warn him all about dating redheads and tell him all the issues he'd like to avoid in his future. Also, I'd make sure that he invents the game Magic The Gathering, and I'd prolly beat him until he agreed never to move out-of-state for an internet girlfriend.I'd also stop 9/11, because I'd feel like I could go the rest of my life without helping a single damn person if I saved 4,000+ lives all at once. Think of all the money I'd save in tips....Or, I'd like to meet Lindsay Lohen, if I could get her to sober up just a tiny bit...Damn redheads... (My MySpace surfing sisters excluded, of course...)
the barenaked ladies comments: I was a fan of theirs back in like 1991, when they did a little fox cartoon network video about racism.. soul asylum comments: okay, I’m pretty much JUST a fan of Grave dancer’s Union, but that CD is one of my very most favorite things in the whole world Prince comments: Okay, again, I'm not a huge fan of his, but the Batman soundtrack is one of my prized treasures, and I also adore Pussy Control and 1999 Nirvana comments: now, I know Kurt's dead, but I'm still one of the MANY people out there who think he was one of the great all-time geniuses of music The Beatles comments: Come ON, they're The Beatles. Like I need a reason...
I'm a HUGE fan of movies, and there are hundreds I watch all the time. Right now, I'm really enjoying "Clerks II" which I finally got around to seeing. I have a bunch of DVDs I bought for cheap, some over a year ago, and I'm just getting around to watching them now that my computer's dead. My all-time favorite movie is the Mystery Science Theatre version of "Mitchell". David Bowie's movie, The Labrynth, is a very close second.Cat fight on stools

I have a lot of trouble with most of the TV that's been on the last couple of years. I'm a DIE-HARD hater of reality TV, except for "Who Wants to Be a SuperHero". I prefered DVDs to cable, even when I had cable, but now, I'll be without even the basic. I plan to buy a new VCR,and rewatch about 600 tapes, many of which have 6 or 8 hours of cable on them from before Reality TV existed.
My favorite authors:
Stephen King
comments: I've enjoyed most, but not all of his forty-plus odd books, and most of his short stories. His movies are total crap, though. 'cept for The Stand, which was DA BOMB!!
Douglas Adams
comments: Last year we lost the very best british writer ever, and I still am bummed out when I think about it. I have his books on txt files, so if you're too cheap to buy them, and too lazy for the library, e-mail me and I'll hook you up.
Mary Higgins Clarke
comments: with all the dark stuff I read, I really enjoy her light-hearted murder-mysteries...ME
comments: see, I"m a leo, and we're EXPECTED to say things like that...

Gods....Okay, well...John for one, Stephen King, Douglas Adams, Ron Jeremy, any president who was assassinated, and also Ronald Reagan, who was ALMOST gunned down...Bill Clinton, Stan Lee, Gary Gygax, Batman, Steven Tyler, Howard Stern, The Rock...Uhm, and all the firefighters and police officers and shit... Okay, not really, but you know, it sounds good...And a shout-out to Kinchlow, Carter, Newkurk, and Lebou. They're not MY heroes, but they're someone's...And yes, Krista is STILL my hero, for putting up with a TON of shit everyday. Lord knows I tried to do it part-time, and couldn't lasat more than a month. And, yes, I fear I must admit that I still love her. Freebird....And, as always, my Mommers. How the hell she put up with the three of us, I will never know.
