I enjoy writing poetry when I'm inspired. I'm working on a couple of novels and I work on them when I'm inspired to. I enjoy reading a good book, entertaining family and friends, cooking (thing fancy, but I will try out a recipe and eating (smile). GOOD FOOD, GOOD PEOPLE = GOOD TIMES! One of my business ventures is CREATIVE CAKE DESIGNS, I design, bake and decorate custom cakes and other baked goods for all occasions. Another business is JWGELSEY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. I am a Virtual Assistant, providing administrative, clerical, managerial and technical support to small businesses and individuals in a virtual environment. I am also an event planner/caterer, business venture is ELEGANT MEMORIES. My final business venture is JAADE48 EXPRESS, I design and make custom tablecloths, napkins, table runners and skirts as well as chair covers.
