Luis Briones

Raised in Northern California, Luis discovered inspiration in music at a very young age and took every opportunity to play and learn. Performing in school Jazz and Marching bands was the perfect ignition to the flame. He advanced quickly and went on to compete for 7 years and was awarded multiple drumming awards through out his studies, with such titles as: "Outstanding Rhythm", "Best Rhythm section", "First place talent show". Luis began his professional career at the age of 15. Pulling crowds, and making a name for himself. He continued to excel and develop character through drums. After High School Luis went on to attend at Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and study with world class teachers. Since graduating, he has developed into a true professional, by making everything he touches better. His versatility allows him to play everything from pop to jazz to latin and rock. Now age 24, he is currently in "Belkins" a Rock/Pop band from Los Angeles CA and has a great promising future ahead. Regardless of what the future holds for Luis, you can expect this young talent display a diverse style and enthusiastic excitement you cannot deny, look out everyone!"
