Project Dove

About Me

I am a movement for the realization of peace. I am a simple project with a lofty goal. Our mission is to give everyone a chance to lend our voice to the important need to regain our sanity in a world gone mad. Our mission is to flood every government office with the universal image of the white dove as a request to end war.Homeland security lies in our ability to maintain our belief in a world where love is the common bond which connects all humans in the spirit of a more humane, peaceful and beautiful world. With each postcard we send we are lending our voice to a message of goodwill to our government officials to make decisions toward the ultimate goal of PEACE! The proceeds from the sale of this postcard will be donated to Military Families Speak Out in aiding in their assistance of veterans recovering from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. Our goal is to sell 100,000 postcards by November 8, 2008. And will continue this project until we are no longer needed."Peace has to be created, in order to be maintained. It is the product of Faith, Strength, Energy, Will, Sympathy, Justice, Imagination, and the triumph of principle. It will never be achieved by passivity and quietism." Dorothy Tompson

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

"Peace is not the product of terror or fear. Peace is not the silence of cemeteries. Peace is not the silent result of violent repression. Peace is the generous, tranquil contribution of all to the good of all. Peace is dynamism. Peace is generosity. It is right and it is duty." ~Oscar Romero
