Ringo - Photo Sharing Made Easy
Since the age of about 18 I finally ventured on the path that I knew was perfect for me, Becoming a film maker! After loosing interest in school and academic subjects I enroled on a two year course studying a BTEC National Diploma in Media, During which I made some amazing friends and embarked on some crazy projects! Anywho after my time at West Notts College I passed with an overall Distinction (Yeah Baby!!!) and then decided to head as far away from home as I could, of which I tell my folks that it was to broaden my horizons and feel real independance and has nothing to do with alcohol or the infinate supply of weed!!!
So I became a student at the University of Wales Newport, enroled onto a three year course studying a BA Hons in Film and Video! During which I met some of the most amazing and creative people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and truely expanded my outlook on life. (Most of them can be found in my friends box below)
After three years of hard work, a knackered liver (thanks lou) and a collection of photo's that could quite possibly cover the entire empire state building in memoirs! I decided to stay in Newport with two of my closest friends and began working full time in a pub, in the centre of town of which now i am a MANAGER!
Looking back on everything now there are three major points that I have learned and hope to pass on to who ever reads my site... number 1, University is not just about studying hard and hitting the books, it's about knowing yourself and defining who you are as a person (I found that weed only cures some of your problems, and alcohol cures the rest!) number 2, This may come as a shock but to everyone living in en-suite accomodtion at the university of Newport, It is possible to brush your teeth, take a shit and have a shower all at the same time! (don't knock it till you've tried it!) and number 3, This is the most important one of all, IF YOUR GOING TO GROW A F***ING BEARD DO IT PROPERLY AND MAINTAIN IT AT ALL TIME!!!!!
