There, he had the honor of singing with the Boston Pops at Symphony Hall and graduated with a degree in Musical musical theater. During college, Lawson also pursed his athletic side by competing and winning his first and only professional MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fight. Upon graduation, Lawson studied Shakespeare and classical theater at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.After finishing school, Lawson moved to Los Angeles with only as much as his grandfather’s old jeep would carry. Prior to One Life to Live, Lawson worked as a personal strength coach when and guest- starred on Cold Case as a down- and- out boxer who gets killed in the ring.Every day, Lawson continues to train and coach, pushing himself and others to explore their own true potential. His other passions include reading, writing, and his morning coffee. He credits his family for giving him the tools and self- confidence to pursue his dreams, no matter how outlandish they sometimes seemed.
