In the hey-day before digital DJing I maintained a two-year residency at what some may remember as Star-Shoes in Hollywood (The DL). The crew has debunked. Star-shoes is under new ownership. I got Serato and traveled through Indonesia and Central America to surf.
I don't make my living right now DJing. Maybe one day I'll set up shop and give something back to these party rocking kids. You've all brought me happiness and blessings and booty-shaking since I was playing drums at Age 12.
But right now it's fall and like a migrating species, I'm heading north into the Canadian back-country to snowboard. But just know that when we do it and bring the music -- we'll do it right! Warehouse style ... right?!
We'll take it back to '91.
